For more than 30 years, Gustavo Anschutz has worked in consultancies with the Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (IDB), the Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF), Banco Mundial (IBRD) and IIRSA (CAF), in studies and projects of land use planning, waterways, ports and logistics of cargo and passenger mobility, with special emphasis on the development of Strategic Plans and Master Plans and studies of costs and micro and macro logistics competitiveness based on cost studies of the logistics chain. Gustavo Anschutz also developed his activity as Head of Studies and Projects (1995-2005) of Hidrovia SA (Jan de Nul-Emepa) concessionaire of Hidrovia Santa Fe Océano, as Logistics Manager of the Belgrano Cargas Railway (2006), as advisor in new commercial development of International Trade Logistic SA.

In particular, in the last 10 years, as Managing Partner of the consulting firm AIC Estudios y Proyectos, he has worked intensively on strategic plans for ports and waterways (among them forCAF- Plan Estratégico del Río Paraguay Paraná and Río Uruguay 2014) and in the evaluation of investment projects in river and maritime transport infrastructure, port and logistics (Puertos Secos and Zonas Logísticas Extraportuarias) in Argentina and for more than 10 countries in Latin America, including logistics corridors and analysis of cargo and mobility logistics macro-projects, for public and private clients. Finally, Gustavo Anschutz is the Academic Director of the Diploma in Port and Waterways Management (ITBA 2006 to date) and Professor of several subjects of the specialty, including River, Maritime and Waterway Transport and Port Management.

Architect Fernando De Stéfano received his degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 1985 and postgraduate specialization in Port Management and Waterways at the Instituto Tecnológico Buenos Aires (ITBA) 2011, has developed his professional experience as a designer of housing infrastructure in his early years. In 1990 he started working with Eng. Gustavo Anschutz of AIC as support in the planning and design of commercial ports and marinas, and then since 2009, he joined AIC as Technical Manager, and directed the area of Physical Development of ports, logistics infrastructure (dry ports, logistics extraport areas, unimodal and multimodal logistics platforms, etc). 

He has the experience of more than 50 studies and projects of the specialty in the sector since 1987 to date. He has carried out the physical design of master plans, master plans, preliminary projects and projects of port terminals and logistics, and leads AIC's specialized team in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Autocad 3D.

Engineer Fabián Diner is an industrial engineer, with postgraduate and master's degrees in transportation planning, with significant experience in both the public and private sectors. In the public sector, he has worked in the elaboration of the National Transportation Plan of Argentina, coordinating a multidisciplinary team of 17 people. Fabian Diner is an experienced transportation expert in Latin America, with consulting experience in logistics and infrastructure projects, as well as in design and statistical modeling. His professional activity includes more than 50 projects for government agencies and private companies in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica and Panama. In the private sector, he has been a Senior Consultant for AIC Estudios y Proyectos since 2006 and has participated in important consulting projects. Previously he has worked as Engineer and Area Coordinator in the logistics area for the following multinational companies: Falabella (Retail), Praxair (Industrial Gases) and Tigre (Piping and Fittings). Nationality: Argentine and German (both with passport and citizenship).  In conjunction with engineer Gustavo Anschütz, developer and implementer of AIC's Model of Competitiveness of Logistics Chains MCCL; already implemented in more than 25 studies of demand and competitiveness of ports, transportation and value chains in Latin America.

Working with AIC Estudios y Proyectos since 2006 managing the area of Functional - Operational and Technological Development of port infrastructure, logistics and transport projects, more than 25 studies and projects in the sector.

Rosa Marisa Ramirez is an Economist graduated from the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste (1986), with graduate studies in Applied Statistics (INNIE-CONICET, 1987), Ports and Inland Waterways (ITBA, 2013), Master in Administration and Public Policy (Universidad de San Andrés, 2000) and was Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow (Fulbright Commission) for Argentina in 1996-97 and during those school years studied and passed graduate studies in agricultural economics and business (Cornell University, 1997).

He has extensive work experience including work for the private sector, the commercial banking sector and the brewing and malting industry. He then engaged in the formulation, evaluation (ex-ante and ex-post) and negotiation of public investment projects, in particular road infrastructure projects, drinking water, electricity (renewable and energy efficiency), ports and waterways, as well as state reform and modernization. She has taught courses on topics related to public investment and project formulation (Logical Framework Approach) for various programs of the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank, the National Institute of Public Administration, as well as postgraduate university teaching experience. She has worked as a consultant in the public and private sector, and has been a public official in the Argentine national administration for several periods. She has also worked as an official of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and as a consultant for the IDB, the Banco Mundial and the GEF (Global Environment Facility). She has worked in all the provinces of Argentina, and abroad, in the United States of America, Paraguay, Bolivia, Brazil and Peru. Her native language is Spanish, and she is fluent in English, Italian and Portuguese, with basic knowledge of German and French.

Tatiana is a Civil Engineer (UTN- FRRO) and is currently evaluating her thesis for her Master's degree in Integrated Water Resources Management (UNL- FICH). In addition, during 2021 he has completed the Port Management and Strategic Planning course at the training center of the Port of Antwerp, the second largest container port in the world located in Belgium. During the last years she has worked in planning and management processes of sustainable development from a systemic vision, with emphasis on links with Stakeholders and territory work, management of public-private networks, socio-political validation processes and application of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. She has served in the role of Project Manager in highly complex projects, coordinating both local and international interdisciplinary technical teams (2015-2021). During his previous experience in the construction sector, in the execution of public road and hydraulic works, he performed the tasks of management control and programming and planning of the company's portfolio of works, public and private, national and international tenders and analysis of price redeterminations.

In particular, in the last two years, it has worked intensively in the development of consultancies linked to the development of strategic plans for local environmental management through the methodological development of the Latin American Forum of Environmental Sciences (FLACAM) (2020-2021).

Within her academic activities, it is worth mentioning that since 2017 she has been a guest professional at the Center for Innovation and Sustainable Development, belonging to the Faculty of Science and Technology of the Autonomous University of Entre Ríos and since 2021 she has been an assistant professor in the Chair of Water Resource Uses in the Civil Engineering Career at the National Technological University.

For over 25 years, Mario Antonelli has worked in the railway industry. With professional relationships in Latin American countries, the United States and Austria. He has worked in both the private and public sectors, most notably in: 

- Ferroexpreso Pampeano (Techint Group) for 10 years (1996-2006) in the areas of Operation, Infrastructure and Planning.

- Belgrano Cargas Project - SOESA (Emepa Group) for 7 years (2006-2013) in the areas of Integral Operation of the FFCC, Planning, New Business Development and Relationship with the National State. He actively participated in leading projects linking the Belgrano with railroads in Chile and Bolivia and in the first financing contracts for works with CAF and Chinese entities. He participated as technical representative in the Bioceanic Capricornio Project with the participation of Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina and Chile.

 - Belgrano Cargas y Logística (Estado Nacional Cargas), which was the continuation of SOESA's management. During 2 years (2013-2014) he participated in the creation of BCyL as responsible for the Integral Operation of the Belgrano Railway. Subsequently in the takeover of the San Martín and Urquiza lines operated by ALL in Argentina to integrate them to BCyL. During that period he led projects linking the railroad with Paraguay, Brazil and Uruguay.

- SOFSE (Estado Nacional Pasajeros) for 2 years (2015-2016) was in charge of Long Distance and Regional services, having responsibility for the operation of existing services and development and implementation of those that were put into service during that period.

- Belgrano Cargas y Logística (Estado Nacional Cargas) for 4 years (2017-2020) was in charge of the Management of the Belgrano and Urquiza lines leading the teams that carried out the recovery of transport activity levels and coordinating the execution of renovation and improvement works executed by ADIF and BCyL simultaneously. 

- Consultant in Railway Projects (Particular) since 2015, he has been advising and consulting in projects related to railroads and logistics in Argentina and neighboring countries.

Currently working as an external consultant on railway logistics issues for companies related to agricultural production, supply for the oil industry, services for railway operators and as an Associate Consultant at AIC, to manage the development and study of issues related to railroads.
