AIC Estudios y Proyectos has over 20 years of experience in developing transport and logistics infrastructures, including port, waterway, road, and railway infrastructures. We are excited to announce a new business division: “AIC Infrastructure Developers”.
Within the scope of port planning, we also have extensive experience in developing marinas and recreational tourist ports, featuring spaces for urban ventures such as housing, offices, and tourist attractions.
Increasingly, there is a more intelligent and harmonious integration between ports and urban spaces in cities. AIC has participated in more than 50 studies and projects to foster economic, social, and environmental sustainability in these initiatives.
Leveraging this experience, AIC now introduces a new business division, “Infrastructure Development”, aimed at developing services to add value through Greenfield (undeveloped land) or Brownfield (previously developed land) projects for both sale and rental purposes.
